David did a fantatic job explain the potential issues along the way and put them all together in the final report. We backed out from the deal based on the findings about shingles, foundation, breaker panel etc, but it's a great learning experience when it comes to what to look out for on open house. David conducted a recent home inspection for my family when we were buying a new home.  I have no hesitation in recommending David. He was very professional throughout the process.
